Project Description

The redevelopment of the former Balhousie Primary School site in Perth will provide 47 new build housing units for social rent including the conversion of the B listed existing Janitors house. The new build units are designed to meet Silver Standard with a minimum of an EPC ‘B’ rating. The project will promote high quality standards of planning and urban design, creating a modern and attractive place to live.
