Project Description

Design and construction of a new two-storey Community Centre in the village of Cowie.

The site is located in a prominent position on Main Street and the project contributes to the reinvigoration of the commercial centre of the village.

Facilities include:-

• Library with IT and social spaces
  Group Rooms for flexible community use (eg pensioners groups youth groups or social clubs)
• Makers Space for craft activities
• Business Space for local start-up companies
• Meeting Rooms
• Kitchen
• External Space for reading, wellness activities and community use

Support Spaces (staff office, WC’s etc)
