Provide 3 self contained wet laboratories suitable for chemical and materials research, each with independent access for equipment delivery and installation. High performance ventilation systems with fume extraction. Incorporate low carbon design principles and energy-efficient systems in line with Eden Campus’s environmental goals.

Shared support spaces (e.g., storage, prep rooms, wash-up areas); Plant room for ventilation and gas systems; Secure access and delivery points; office/meeting space for users; Provision of adequate welfare facilities and associated cleaner’s store; car parking
