Project Description
This project will secure ownership of an existing under-utilised stand-alone warehouse building which will be sub-divided and refurbished to provide a terrace of small business units for employment uses within use class 4, 5 and 6 at Q10, Queensway Industrial Estate, Glenrothes, extending to 685m2. The project will also comprise the upgrading of an existing Council owned property extending to 950 m2. Plastech will purchase this in exchange for the stand-alone warehouse and will relocate part of their existing office, warehousing and workshop accommodation. The works also include demolishing redundant buildings in the ownership of the Council and will remove a significant blight from the Estate to support its regeneration.
